Crowdsourcing the Archives at the ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø Libraries
Annually at ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø Reunion, College Archives staff looks forward to the crowdsourcing table where alumni can share stories and help to identify pictures in the archive that are missing key information. With the help of ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø alumni and the campus community, the archive gains insight into life at ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø in years past and can preserve the important history of life on campus.
The Scarlet & Black is the student newspaper for ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø. Better known as The S&B, the newspaper was first published in 1894. The S&B is currently digitized from 1894 up until 2018. The Alumni Scarlet & Black was an alumni newsletter published 1942 until 1965. All issues have been digitized.
This is a virtual space for ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø alumni to share photos and stories of their time at ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø. Navigate to the Yearbook to page through some memories and leave a comment to start a conversation.
The collection contains versions of The Ladies' Education Society's constitution and articles of incorporation, membership, minutes, reports, and accounting from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
The Incunabula at ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø Project is an ongoing project focused on research, interpretation, and digitization of early printing examples at home in ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø Special Collections. This digital platform is a showcase of this work and a resource for scholars at ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø and afar. This project has been made possible through collaboration and support from the ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø Digital Liberal Arts Collaborative (DLAC), , and facilitation by Special Collections & Archives, including our invaluable ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø student staff and researchers.
